The Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area recently disclosed that the industrial project land use rights for plot 0106 in block YZ00-0606 of Yizhuang New Town were sold for approximately RMB 842 million. The winning bidder is Xiaomi Jingxi Technology, a subsidiary of Xiaomi Communications Technology.
