Recently, Li Auto (formerly known as Beijing Chehejia Information Technology Co., Ltd) experienced commercial changes as Shen Yanan, co-founder of Li Auto, stepped down from the shareholder position. Simultaneously, the company's registered capital decreased from approximately RMB 295 million to around 280 million. Prior to this, Shen Yanan had resigned as the company's executive director and president, with Ma Donghui appointed as the new executive director and president of the company.
