ZEEKR M-Vision concept car unveiled at Guangzhou Auto Show

ZEEKR M-Vision concept car made it’s China debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show on December 30. The new EV is based on the Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture for autonomous vehicles (SEA-M). The EV is an unmanned pure electric vehicle jointly developed with autonomous driving technology company Waymo. M-vision was officially unveiled in Los Angeles earlier this year and is set to be put into mass production in 2024.
NIO plans to surpass Lexus in sales in 2023

After the NIO Day 2022 press conference on December 24, Chairman Li Bin expressed his confidence that next year's sales will exceed Lexus. NIO President Qin Lihong said that the switch between NIO's old and new platforms and models will be completed in the fourth quarter of next year. The switch will allow NIO to release the full sales potential of the company’s second-generation platform.
Tesla's 10,000th super charging pile in China completed
On December 26, Tesla's 10,000th super charging pile in mainland China was completed at the Shanghai Oriental Pearl Super Charging Station. So far, Tesla has built a complete charging network across mainland China that runs from north to south and across from east to west. In first-tier Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, owners can find a Tesla charging pile within 15 minutes on average.

Changan Shen Lan S7 to be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show

Changan Shen Lan S7 will be officially unveiled at the 2022 Guangzhou Auto Show. The EV is positioned as a medium-sized SUV and will be available in two options; pure electric and extended-range hybrid. It is reported that the new car will be officially launched in 2023. After positive feedback on the launch of the Shen Lan SL03, Changan gained confidence to follow up quickly with the S7 as its second product.
